Council of National Representatives (CNR)

CNR Competences

The CNR members are elected by the General Assembly (GA) of AEB members as the advisory management body of the Association.

The CNR has the following competences:

• To advise and make proposals to the GA;
• To supervise the Audit Commission;
• To review the Internal Control System;
• To approve AEB Honorary Members;
• To call for extraordinary general meetings of the GA.
