AEB ORGANISATIONAL CHART (as of September 2009)

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Frank Schauff Dr. Frank Schauff was elected CEO in June 2007 and re-elected in April 2010 for the second term. Dr. Schauff’s professional and academic experience position the AEB to promote and expand recognition in Russian and expatriate circles of lobbying and policy advisory.     Before joining the AEB, Dr. Schauff held the post of Advisor on Foreign Policy to the Party Executive of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) from 2001. Dr. Schauff has had a deep interest in Russia since his days as a student of Russian Studies at the University of Cologne and Volgograd State University (USSR). He went on to take a degree in Economic History and Political Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Masters Degree in The Government and Politics of Russia and Economic History. He obtained his doctorate in East European history from the University of Cologne in 2000, and spent a number of years as a lecturer in East European studies at the Free University in Berlin. Dr. Schauff's academic background is accompanied by a strong linguistic attainment – aside from his native German, Dr. Schauff speaks or understands English, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, as well as conversational Bulgarian, Croatian and Serbian.

 Chief Operational Officer

Ruslan Kokarev     Ruslan Kokarev joined the AEB as Chief Operational Officer in January 2008. Prior to this he worked for the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, a German political think tank, as a Deputy Head of its national office in Russia. Ruslan holds a degree from the Moscow Linguistic University (specializing in Russian, German and English languages) and obtained his post graduate degree in history from the Russian Independent Institute for Social and National Studies, Moscow, in 2002. Currently he is working on his PhD thesis and continues the post-graduate course in political science.

Committee Coordinators

	Irina Aksenova Irina joined the AEB in 2002. Prior to this she worked for the International Chamber of Commerce, Andre Group, and Coopers and Lybrand. Irina holds a diploma from Moris Torez Linguistic University (English and French) and Moscow School of Economics (HR management and Management). Irina is AEB Business Development Manager and coordinates Airlines, Agribusiness, Human Resources and Customs and Transport Committees. irina.aksenova@aebrus.ru.
	Oksana Kigim–Monnier (currently on sick leave) Oksana began at the AEB in May 2005. Prior to this, Oksana was a trainee at the Directorate General for Enterprise of the European Commission in Brussels. She has a BA from Vilnius University in International Business Management and a joint degree Master of Laws from Vilnius University and the College of Europe in Comercial Law and European Policies and Politics; she speaks Russian, Lithuanian, English and French. Oksana coordinats the AEB's Insurance and Pensions, Health & Pharmaceuticals, Hotels and Tourism, PR & Communications committees as well as the Corporate Governance Working Group. oksana.kigim-monnier@aebrus.ru.
	Svetlana Lomidze Before joining the AEB in April 2002, Svetlana worked for several French companies, for the Embassy and Consulate of RF in France, and was a Research Fellow at the Institute of World Literature. She holds a degree from the Moscow State Lomonosov University. She also has PhD in Italian Literature from the Institute of World Literature, and has translated more than 20 books from French and Italian into Russian. Svetlana speaks Russian, French, English and Italian. Svetlana is AEB External Relations Director and coordinates AEB Energy, IT and Telecom, Machine Building & Engineering Committees and Energy Efficiency Working Group. 	Ksenya Bortnik (currently on leave) Ksenya joined the AEB in October 2007 as Coordinator of the Legal Committee, Finance & Investment Committee, Migration Committee and Safety, Health, Environment and Security Committee. She holds a degree in International Economics from the Tyumen International Institute of Finances, Management and Business. She also studied at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Rennes, France and Miami University Oxford, Ohio. She went on to complete internships at the International Relations Department in the Tyumen Administration and Manoil (Nefteyougansk). In 2004, she was appointed as Senior Specialist in International and Inter-Regional Economic Relations in the Tyumen Administration. She has also gained experience as an economic analyst in the Embassy of Luxembourg in Moscow and in the European Council in the Directorate of Education, Culture and Heritage. ksenya.bortnik@aebrus.ru

	Olga Bukova Olga Bukova is the AEB coordinator of the Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AMC). Olga has been with the Association since 2005 and in her role focuses primarily on the automotive sector working closely with the car companies, both importers and manufacturers that have operations in Russia. In the past 5 years the AMC doubled its membership and currently represents 40 automotive brands. Apart from working with the common issues on the Committee Agenda, developing external contacts with the international automotive associations has been a priority since 2005, which has been successfully implemented and being sustained, as well as raising public awareness of the AMC, that has become a recognized group both on the national level and beyond. Ms. Bukova holds a degree in linguistics from Nizhniy Novgorod State Linguistic University. 	Olga Silnitskaya Olga Silnitskaya is the AEB Coordinator for Banking, Real Estate, Taxation Committees and Home Appliances Working Group. Olga graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (Institute for Asian and African Studies) and holds an MBA degree from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics. Before joining the AEB Olga worked for the Trade Representation of Russia in Japan and “Yonhap News Agency” (Information Agency of the Republic of Korea). 	Artyom Kursakov Artyom Kursakov has joined the AEB as Advisor on Legislation in Russian Federation. Artyom has graduated in 2009 from Moscow Academy of Economics and Law, specialising in International law. His is currently studying for his Phd degree. Before joining the AEB, Artyom worked in Ernst and Young Moscow office in the International Tax Services Department.  Artyom.Kursakov@aebrus.ru
	Nadezhda Churmeeva Nadezhda joined the AEB in September 2008. She is a Coordinator for Automotive Components, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment Committees and Technical Regulations Working Group at the AEB. She holds a degree in International Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Her Master’s thesis was devoted to “Political risks in the TNC’s activities”. Before joining the AEB, Nadezhda had an internship in the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the European Communities in Brussels, Belgium. 	Tatiana Belousovich  Tatiana joined the AEB as GR Manager for Crop Protection Sub-Committee in October 2009. Prior to this she worked for several Exhibition companies. Her last job was a Deputy Director of the Agricultural Sector of the All Russian Exhibition Centre. Tatiana holds a PhD in History from the Russian Institute for Cultural Research.   Tatiana.Belousovich@aebrus.ru
	Olga Zueva Olga is the AEB Coordinator for the Legal, Retail Trade, SHES Committees as well as the IP Sub-Committee. Olga joined AEB in June 2010. She has an extensive experience in international cooperation development. Her previous post was with Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft (Germany), a leading organization of applied research in Europe where she was the Head of the Fraunhofer Representative Office in Russia from 2005. Previously Olga also worked in different capacities at the International Science and Technology Center. Olga speeks fluent English and some German. Her educational background includes a degree in linguistics from the State Pedagogical University and a degree in Law from the Moscow Institute of Law. Olga.Zueva@aebrus.ru
	Elena Kuznetsova Elena joined the AEB in July 2010. Currently Elena is carrying out responsibilities of the Coordinator of the Finance and Investment and Migration Committees. Prior to this, Elena worked at the Department for International and Foreign Economic Relations at the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Elena graduated from the State University of Nizhny Novgorod as a specialist in international relations in 2006. She also studied in Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences-Po) in 2004-2005. She holds a PhD degree in political sciences and her thesis was devoted to the EU normative power. Apart from native Russian, Elena speaks English and French.   Elena.Kuznetsova@aebrus.ru
	Natalia Meshalkina Natalia began at the AEB in February 2010. Natalia is a coordinator for AEB Insurance & Pensions, Health & Pharmaceuticals, Hotels & Tourism and PR & Communications committees as well as the Corporate governance working group. Prior to this, Natalia worked as  administrator of SVO D Duty free project at Aer Rianta International. Communications and Publications

Svetlana Guzeeva Svetlana is the AEB's Director of Communications. She graduated with a Master's degree in Social Policy from the University of Oxford. She also holds the first-class degree from the Moscow State University of Management (GUU) and graduated with honours from the Moscow college of the Advanced Training Institute of America. Previously Svetlana worked for the International Development Agency and Moscow NGOs for 6 years.   svetlana.guzeeva@aebrus.ru.

Events

Marie Rondelez Marie joined the AEB in June 2007 as Events Director and Advisor on EU Affairs. Prior to this, Marie worked for the Delegation of the European Commission to Russia, first as an intern in the Energy and Environment section and then as a PR Assistant to the Head of Delegation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in State Governance from Sciences-Po, Strasbourg and a Master of European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe (Natolin Campus). Prior to this, Maria worked for the British Council Moscow as Project Officer and earlier for Lipsanen Legal Firm and Guideh Insurance Company. Maria obtained a Master’s degree in International Relations, Сountries of Europe, in the Saint-Petersburg State University, School of International Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology in the French University College. Olga Pavlyuk Olga joined the AEB in August 2006 and is the Regional Development Director and Head of Marketing and Membership Development. Olga holds a degree in linguistics from Moscow State Pedagogical University. Olga has more than 7 years of sales experience and speaks Russian, English, German and some Portuguese. olga.pavlyuk@aebrus.ru.

Tatyana Alexeeva Tatyana joined the AEB in August 2006 as Membership Development Coordinator. Prior to working at the AEB she worked for a French auto manufacturing company in Moscow. Tanya holds the degree in Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communications from the State University of Nature, State and Society (Dubna). 	Natalya Tokareva Natalya Tokareva joined the AEB in June 2006 as Chief Accountant. In 2001 she has received a Master’s degree of Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and then worked as chief accountant for several years. Natalya is from Moscow and speaks English and Russian, as well as a little French and Spanish. natalya.tokareva@aebrus.ru
	Adelya Atabaeva (currently on leave) Adelya joined the AEB in June 2007 as Finance Manager. She graduated from Tashkent State Economic University in International Finance and Credit and International Economic Relationships. Before joining the AEB Adelya worked with the Swiss Development and Cooperation Office in Uzbekistan as a financial administrator, for USAID Enterprises Development Project providing strategic planning for small and medium-sized enterprises in Uzbekistan, and for the Embassy of Switzerland in Tashkent. Her educational background includes the University St. Gallen, Switzerland, Marketing, Services and Communication; the University Bochum, Germany, Economics; Th. Goldschmidt AG, Essen, Internship with the Department of Financial Statement and Accounting; and the Goethe-Institute, German course (Constance, Germany). 	Olga Andrianova Olga has joined the AEB as Accountant in 2010. She graduated from the Moscow State University with degree in Economics and has a very extensive accountancy experience from 1989. Olga speaks Russian and fluent English. Olga.Andrianova@aebrus.ru
	Vera Solovaya Vera was born in Moscow and studied linguistics and pedagogy at the Moscow State Linguistic University. She is the AEB Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. Vera speaks English, Russian and a bit of Spanish. vera.solovaya@aebrus.ru info@aebrus.ru
	Yuliya Sheglova Yuliya joined the AEB early 2010 as assistant to the Automobile Manufacturers' Committee. Before joining the AEB Yuliya gained extensive experience within the Photovoltaics (Reneewables). Her specific focus was on sales and analytical marketing. She has a longstanding international experience through global and regional affairs. Yuliya holds a degree from the Moscow State Pedagogical University (MA in English and Geography) and is currently working towards a degree in Finance (International Monetary and Financial Relations).   yuliya.sheglova@aebrus.ru
	Svetlana Erina Svetlana Erina joined the AEB in March 2010 as the Administrative assistant. She has graduated in 2008 from the Moscow State University of Management (GUU) as a tax specialist. Before joining the AEB Svetlana worked in the Business Risks Services Department in Ernst and Young and in Marketing Department in Baker & McKenzie. 	Elena Shipilova   Elena joined AEB as an Assistant to GR Manager, Crop Protection Sub-Committee in October 2009. Elena graduated from Tambov State University, the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology. In Moscow she started as a secretary at Schenker JSC. For some period Elena worked at the Delegation of the European Commission to Russia as an Assistant of the Political and Economic Sections and as an Assistant to the Deputy Head of Delegation.   E.Shipilova@aebrus.ru
