AEB in the Regions
Against a background of changing investment patterns and increasing numbers of member companies expanding their activities in the regions, the AEB is committed to a strategy of regional expansion. We aim to support our members in their activities outside Moscow by providing them with contacts in each region and helping them communicate with the local administrations.
We also conduct regular Business Missions in order to give our members a chance to sound out new opportunities and to provide local administrations with a chance to promote their regions. Regional support is an area that we intend to place at the top of our agenda in 2008, and we will continue to update our members on new opportunities and services through our AEB Newsletter, AEB Business Quarterly and this website.
Regional Activities
- Regional activities include provision of Regional Information.
- The AEB's regional activities are directed by the AEB Regional Task Force, which was formed in 2007 following AEB Regional Survey Results.
- AEB representation in the regions of RF in form of local Steering Committees (i.e. in Krasnodar).
- AEB holds Regional Presentations together with the Delegation for the European Commission in Moscow.
- AEB organises regular Business Missions to the regions of the Russian Federation in close cooperation with the Administration of the President of the RF.
