To provide a platform for discussion, exchange of information and lobbying initiatives for decision makers in Human Resources.

- To continue organising open meetings on topics of concern to HR decision makers in Russia;
- To arrange HR conferences in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg;
- To organise career days in Moscow and potentially in Russian regions.
