- To lobby for AEB recommendations on the improvement of Corporate Governance in Russia to be implemented by teh RF Government through the Federal Commission on the Securities Market;
- To disseminate this information in order to help Russians build an objective view of the main problems in this area.

- To develop an information tool on Corporate Governance through the creation of online resources on the AEB website;
- To carry out lobbying activities in relation to the adoption of the Corporate Governance Code;
- To organise Open Meetings in order to raise the issues in Corporate Governance of greatest interest to the European business community;
- To organise a discussion with representatives of MICEX and RTS on developments in listing rules, making them conditional to the implementation of the Corporate Governance Code.
