On April 25, 2024, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association of European Businesses was held at Soglasie hall in Moscow. The elections of the Board and Auditing Commission took place.
The meeting was chaired by Marc Dellaert, Chairman of the Council of National Representation.
Ilona Zekely, Chairman of the AEB Board, presented the AEB strategic outlook. And Tadzio Schillinig, AEB CEO, presented AEB annual business report for 2023 and financial plan for 2024.
The AGM this year was featured by the professional panel discussion „Overcoming Unsurmountable Challenges”. AxelDieter Hartenstein, CEO of Selgros Cash & Carry Russia and Chariman of the Board of Global Foods Food Service Russia, Oliver Koehncke, CEO, Boehringer Ingelheim, Perry Neumann, Shareholders’ Representative for NOYTECH Supply Chain Solutions, moovie Holding UAE, Dave Holden, Chief Commercial Officer, Orange, and Evgeny Lapshin, CEO, MOL, shared their personal stories of moving their businesses through the challenges of the past years.
After that, elections to the AEB Board and Auditing Commission successfully took place.
