We are pleased to invite you to the round table discussion themed “Transfer Pricing – the price of the deal” to be organized in a format of business breakfast by the AEB Taxation Committee.
The event will take place on March 31st, 2010, at 9.00-11.30 (registration at 08:30) at the Ararat Park Hyatt, Hall Sargsyan1 & 2.
Transfer pricing has became a hot topic in Russia in view of the Draft Transfer Pricing Law which is proposed for introduction from 2011. This Law would become a milestone in the development of the Russian tax system and will have a significant impact on taxpayers. The Draft Law already passed its first reading in the State Duma. The second, most critical reading is expected in June 2010. The AEB Taxation Committee is currently working on the Position Paper in relation to this Draft Law. It is planned that the Position Paper will be submitted to Mr. Sergey D.Shatalov, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, before the round table.
In the round table discussion Mr. Sergey D.Shatalov is expected to take an active part to update the AEB members and partners on the current status of the Draft Law and to provide his feedback on the AEB Position Paper. The discussion will be moderated by tax and transfer pricing experts of the AEB Taxation Committee.
