How to Invest in Russia The AEB How to Invest in Russia is presented by the AEB Finance and Investments Committee. The publication is a practical guide for foreign companies interested in investment in Russia. It addresses significant issues of doing due diligence in Russia and fulfills the need for a guide to key aspects of Business, Financial, Legal, Corporate, Tax, HR and Environmental due diligence during acquisition and post acquisition phase, business valuation and some tools for effective due diligence such as Credit Rating and Corporate Governance Score.
