Customs Hotline
The Customs Hotline was established as a joint initiative by the Transport & Customs Committee of the Association of European Businesses and the Russian Federal Customs Service (FCS). The Hotline aims to help solve customs issues, address concerns and receive professional advice from decision-makers in the federal customs authorities.
The concerns of AEB members are passed on to relevant persons at the FCS. The AEB then follows up on the issue and replies to the member company with the information received from the FCS. Visa Task Force Hotline
AEB Migration Committee provides the AEB members a Hotline service. Your questions directed to elena.kuznetsova@aebrus.ru will be answered by representatives of the Visa Task Force.
If the matter is urgent we will advise you to contact one of the legal firms directly for assistance.
Taxation Hotline
The AEB Taxation Committee is now offering a new service to all AEB members. You can contact the AEB's taxation specialists, who are drawn from over 20 legal and consulting firms, with questions about the latest taxation legislation, committee activity and taxation regulations by sending a message to Olga Silnitskaya, Taxation Committee Coordinator, at Olga.Silnitskaya@aebrus.ru She will pass your question to the appropriate taxation specialist and will return an answer as soon as possible.

Small and Medium Enterprises Hotline
AEB SME HELPDESK
From March 12, 2012, the AEB SME Committee will be introducing a HELPDESK service. The main objectives of the SME HELPDESK are to provide SMEs and Entrepreneurs with practical advice, support and direct access to the wealth of knowledge and relevant expertise within the SME Committee whose members have considerable experience doing business in Russia.
The SME HELDESK will be available 7 days per week on a free of charge basis to all AEB members on ek@aebrus.ru.
All enquiries that can be handled directly by the SME HELPDESK team will be answered within 48 hours. All other enquiries will be forwarded to the relevant AEB Committee to be addressed immediately.
