NEW YORK - August 25, 2010 - The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP announced today that banking and finance attorney Simon H.P. Morgan has joined its Moscow office as partner, expanding the firm's capital markets practice in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe.

Salans advises UFG Real Estate on aquisition of Class A office building in Moscow on Bakhrushina Street
International law firm Salans has advised UFG Real Estate aquisition of a 5,078 sqm office center in Moscow located at 32-1 Bakhrushina Street, across the Garden Ring from Paveletskij Railway Station. The building was constructed in 2002, and is a Class A business center rented out to reputable high quality Western and Russian tenants including among others the BBC, Bank VTB 24 and a German consulting company, Russia Consulting. UFG aquired the building from its previous owners, Austrian Akron Group. The transaction was closed in May 2010. Salans team was led by Moscow partner Florian Schneider, assisted by London partner Zarko Iankov, Moscow associates Sergey Trakhtenberg, Olga popel, Aaron Raffel, Ekaterina Gerasimenko, Nadezhda Gryazeva and Vladislav Bromberg.
Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora hotel launches a management training programme

To prepare individuals for management responsibilities, the Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora hotel launched a management training program. The goal is to have a continuous succession of highly trained managers. Ultimately the three Moscow Marriotts – Marriott Royal Aurora, Marriott Grand and Marriott Tverskaya.plan to have six trainees at any one time between them.
