The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare reports that, as of 15 July 2020, the isolation of persons arriving in the territory of the Russian Federation by regular flights from countries with which it is planned to resume air traffic is abolished for 14 days. 16.07.2020 Rospotrebnadzor maintains a 14-day regime of self-isolation for citizens who come to the country with evacuation flights
On 15 July 2020 Rospotrebnadzor signed a Decree # 21 regulating arrival of foreigners for work purposes by evacuation flights - such persons are required to observe 14 days self-isolation as of the day of arrival to RF.
