Objectives
The group is involved in the analysis and systematisation of the most frequent consumer complaints faced by companies.
Action Plan
  • The group works to create unified procedures for customer relations in conformity with current legislation and to strengthen ground and support dealers by exchanging legal case and quality test experience;
  • identifying major areas of concern and lobbying for necessary changes in the current consumer protection legislation related to motor industry.
The participants of the working group analyze and systemize the most frequent consumer complaints faced by companies; work out unified procedures for customer relations in conformity with current legislation to strengthen the manufacturers grounds and support dealers; exchange of legal case and quality test experience.
