Against the background of the global "green" trend, a market for responsible financing of projects aimed at reducing the environment impact begins to take shape in Russia.

We are pleased to inform you about the next stage of the launch of the AEB Green Initiative and announce the kick-off meeting of the Green Finance Workstream.

The meeting will be held online on March 11th, 2021 at from 10.00 till 12.00.

In the first part of the session Dmitry Aksakov, Vice-president of VEB.RF, will present VEB.RF green financing projects, and Roman Ishmukhametov, Associate of Baker McKenzie, will provide an overview of regulatory drivers for Russian green finance demand. The second part of the session will be dedicated to brainstorming on the Green Finance Workstream’s agenda and action plan.
