You are cordially invited to an open meeting of the AEB Migration Committee.

Meeting Agenda:

Practical Application of Government Decree No. 1510: Discussion on the experiment testing new entry and exit rules for citizens from both "visa-required" and "visa-free" countries, including practical challenges and solutions.
Mandatory Biometric Registration: Addressing organizational aspects and procedures for foreign citizens requiring biometric registration to obtain and use mobile communication services in Russia.
ruID Mobile Application: An overview of the app's functionality as a tool for identification and access to government services for foreign citizens.
Amina Mobile Application: A review of the features and functionality of the Amina app for foreign citizens registered in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
Issues related to Federal Law No. 271-FZ of July 31, 2025, which came into force on September 1, 2025, regarding the new amounts of state duties for the migration registration of foreign citizens
