On November, 11 2011 the guests of the Restaurant Baltschug can enjoy St.Martin’s goose, traditional dish for the relevant celebration in Europe.

Executive Chef Elmar Basziszta has created a traditional four course St Martin’s menu. In the beginning guests of the restaurant will be treated with Terrine of canard with prunes and nuts, mesclun salad and red wine jelly followed by Goose consommй with foie gras pelmeni. The culmination of the exquisite evening will be Traditional honey glazed Christmas goose on apples, red cabbage, Schupfnudeln and lavender gravy. Sumptuous wines will supplement the ambience of the evening. The dinner will be crowned with Chocolate-chestnut mousse with Armagnac marinated cherries and Confit of oranges.

A charming traditional evening will become a perfect occasion to get together with family or friends.
