MOSCOW. August 2012. Swissotel Krasnye Holmy is proud to announce the receipt of ISO certificate, confirming the compliance with the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001 2007 standards correspondingly. This certification is a seal of hotel’s accord with the internationally-set quality management system, environmental management system and an occupational health and safety service standards.
Prior to obtaining the certificates the hotel underwent an audit that verified the implementation of the systems required. The audit was carried by the Switzerland's leading organisation for certification and assessment services The Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS).

ISO 9001:2008 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Managing business according to ISO 9001:2008 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
ISO 14001:2004 standard is applicable to any organization that wishes to establish, implement, maintain and improve an environmental management system, to assure itself of conformity with its stated environmental policy.
OHSAS 18001 2007 is an occupational health and safety (OH&S) standard. Maintaining business in accordance with it ensures proper organisation of working places and working hours of employees.
