Gwenael Cevaer was appointed General Manager of Arval Russia

Gwenael Cevaer, 44 years old, is graduated from INSEEC Business School and Roosevelt University of Chicago. He took the position of Deputy General Manager, responsible for Arval’s Business Development on Russian market in January 2012. Gwenael Cevaer joined Arval France in 1992, when he held successive management positions. From 2006, he successfully launched Arval in Turkey and led important projects for the group in Central

Europe. Gwenael’s mission is to foster Arval presence and business development in Russia, while implementing best-in-class practices and service quality. He declared “Considering Russian market potential and business community growing interest for fleet solutions, Arval foresees major opportunities for Full Service Leasing in Russia”.
