Artyom Osipov was appointed Restaurants Manager at the 5* star Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora hotel

Artyom Osipov was appointed Restaurants Manager at the 5* star Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora hotel 25.07.2013 Artyom Osipov is in charge of operational aspects of the main Aurora restaurant and the popular steak house Polo Club and he reports directly to the F&B Manager and Executive Chef Thomas Koessler. 

Artyom Osipov was born in December 1988. He graduated from Moscow State University of Tourism in 2011, where he majored in hotel management. 

In 2008 Artyom joined Marriott Moscow Grand hotel as concierge and in 2012 was chosen among seven other candidates from the three Moscow Marriott hotels to join the hotel trainee management program. During the 18-month training program he worked in every department of the three Moscow Marriott hotels, Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora, Marriott Grand and Marriott Tverskaya, from Kitchen and Housekeeping to Front Desk and Sales & Marketing. On completion of the program Artyom was appointed as the Restaurants Manager at the Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora hotel. 

 “I was thrilled when I was offered this job,” said Artyom. “I knew the basics of the hotel restaurant service when I worked as concierge. I recommended hotel guests to visit our restaurants and heard their positive feedback. When I was doing my training course I saw how the restaurants function from the inside and it fascinated me. This job is never boring. It is a new challenge for me, and I will do my best to live up to it.”

Artyom’s hobbies are tennis and snowboard. He speaks English, French and Spanish. He got a “native speaker” certificate in Spanish from Servantes Institute in Moscow.
