Moscow, April 28, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle was named the Consultant of Year 2011, the highest and only recognition awarded to real estate service roviders, at the 8th annual Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards ceremony, held in Moscow on April 14th, 2011. This is the seventh time when Jones Lang LaSalle has won in this category over the award’s eight-year history. Jones Lang LaSalle was also voted Consultant of the Year in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
During the ceremony opening Charles Boudet, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS — presented a special gift to the audience: an animated cartoon produced by the well-known studio antimult. ru. Its plot, not devoid of self-irony, refers to the mythical ancient Stone CRE Awards, a prototype of the present-day award. Charles Boudet believes the CRE Moscow Awards of 2011 prove the commercial real estate market’s sustainability. «We have seen the strongest competition this year, and it makes us even more proud to win the award. We intend to further grow our expertise and develop our clients’ business to have the same level of support and recognition from key industry players in the future.» The Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards founded by the Impress Media Publishers are given to the best retail, office, industrial, multifunctional and hotel projects as well as to consultants and developers operating in Russia. Winners are voted for by a jury that traditionally includes leading experts, professionals and market players.
