June 7, 2012 international law firm Incor Alliance Law Office held a joint seminar with the Regional Office of the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia in the Urals Federal District on the "Legal aspects of corporate activities: disclosure and issuance of securities."
This workshop attracted the attention of a wider audience due to the relevance of the topic. Anton Martkochakov, Partner, Head Office Incor Alliance Law Office in Yekaterinburg opened the seminar with the welcome speech.
