Certification of Quality Management System 2013

06.11.2013 In September 2013 international auditing agency Bureau Veritas Certification conducted audit of the Quality Management System of TABLOGIX. The auditors’ report shows that the main principles of TABLOGIX are customer focus and complex implementation of its requirements. 

Audit activities were held on the warehouse of Volvo spare parts in Tomilino Logistic Park in Moscow Region, on the warehouse of General Motors spare parts in Verkhnyaya Pyshma town and Central Office of TABLOGIX in Moscow. 

While visiting warehouses auditors noted: 
 the availability of information that describes the characteristics of services (KPIs and customer requirements); 
 the availability of work instructions; 
 use suitable warehousing and loading equipment; 
 the availability of equipment for monitoring and measuring the results of warehouse operations. 

The strong features of Quality Management System of TABLOGIX that were emphasized in the Report of Bureau Veritas Certification: 1. High level of management; 2. Highly qualified staff; 3. High level of effectiveness of Quality Management System; 4. High level of customer satisfaction; 5. Automation of key management and administrative processes; 6. Advanced methods of internal training of production staff; 7. The focus of management and responsible staff on implementation of best practices. 

Commenting on the results of this audit, the Resources Director of TABLOGIX, who is also a senior representative for quality, Boris Teklin said: "The expansion and deepening of the quality management system is considered by the TABLOGIX as an essential condition for the development of the company as a recognized leader in the warehouse logistics. The Company's quality management system was first certified to the compliance of international standard ISO 9001:2008 in 2008. Now it allows us not even to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, but to improve constantly business processes in the company, establish the interaction between different units and develop human resources. And if today we are certified services for the majority of our customers - manufacturers and distributors of automotive spare parts, such as, Ford Motor Company, Volvo Cars and General Motors, in the near future, we intend to certify our services to other customers." 

During the audit, representatives of Bureau Veritas Certification conducted interviews with the following senior managers of TABLOGIX: CEO David Lane and The Resources Director Boris Teklin, as well as the heads of the following departments: Quality Management Department, WMS Department, Purchasing Department, Human Resources Department, as well as the head of the Volvo site of the warehouse and the head of General Motors warehouse in Verkhnyaya Pishma. 

Audit of the Quality Management System for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008 is not regulated by the federal and international laws and is held on the personal initiative of the company in order to maintain high quality standards of services. The auditors used the following methods: interviews, observations, selection of the various activities and analysis of documentation and records.
