Gide Loyrette Nouel acts as a legal advisor to Damate during the implementation of a joint project with Danone Group in Russia

12.11.2013 The Moscow office of Gide Loyrette Nouel represents the interests of a major Russian agro-holding, Damate, in the implementation of a joint milk production project with the Danone Group of companies. The Letter of Intent signed at a meeting between the Russian and French Prime-Ministers, details the construction of several milk farms in the Tyumen Region and in the Republic of Bashkortostan, with an annual planned capacity of 200,000 tonnes per year, which will be sold to Danone factories. 

Gide Moscow team headed by Boris Arkhipov, partner, and Maria Bykovskaya, senior lawyer, advised Damate on a whole range of legal issues related to the implementation of the project with Danone, starting from the structuring of the deal up until its closing.
