On June 9, an open meeting of the AEB Migration Committee took place.

The event was attended by: 

Kirill Adzinov, Deputy Head of the Citizenship and Foreign Nationals Registration Service (Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia), Head of the Permit and Visa Work Department; 

Igor Sibushev, First Deputy Head of the External Labor Migration Department of the Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; 

Nikolay Zolkin, First Deputy Head of the Permit and Visa Work Department of the Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; 

Ilya Fetiskin, Head of the "Start in Moscow" project at the ANO "Human Capital Development" of the Moscow Government. 

Tadzio Schilling, CEO of AEB, and Lyudmila Shiryaeva, Chair of the Migration Committee, summarized the outcomes of AEB's meetings with government authorities and written appeals regarding the draft law on increasing the HQS salary threshold. 

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs responded to questions from AEB members concerning: 

• the aforementioned draft law on HQS; 
• the draft law on organized recruitment; 
• law enforcement practices in migration legislation. 

Ilya Fetiskin outlined the specific features of obtaining a "talent visa."
