On October 22 AEB held the online roundtable “Soft skills in the work of SHES specialists”. 

The event was moderated by Tatyana Borisova, Chairman of the AEB Safety, Health, Environment and Security Committee.

Ekaterina Strizheva, Chairman of the AEB Assessment, Training & Development Sub-Committee, presented the main trends of the labour market and their impact of the competences of SHES specialists.

The participants of the roundtable discussed what skills SHES specialists need.

The key part of the event was the master class on development of such soft skills as persuasion and argumentation, ability to convey unpleasant information, conflict management, which was led by Mariya Pogodina, Head of Safety and Well-being, Logika Moloka, and Tatyana Borisova, Chairman of AEB Safety, Health, Environment and Security Committee.
