On September 7, 2026, the webinar “Recent developments in counter-sanctions regulation and practice” was held as part of the AEB Regulatory Update series.

This time the invited experts spoke about amendments to the law on foreign investments in strategic companies (57-FZ), changes in the proceedings and practice of the Government Sub-Commission, regulation and practice re corporate transactions, dividend payment approvals, and temporary administration.
