On December 3, 2025, a solemn ceremony of the start of the new academic year of the career guidance project "School of Large Business" took place in the creative space "Biblioclub" of the Kuban State University. 

The project has been implemented at the Kuban State University since 2019. This year, 11 companies participated in the project, 10 of which are members of the AEB Southern Regional Committee.

The ceremony was attended by members of the Project's Coordinating Council, who presented the concept of the School of Large Business, congratulated the students on the start of the academic year and thanked the leadership of Kuban State University for their effective collaboration. On behalf of the university, the event was attended by Nikolay Redkin, Vice-rector for Educational Work and Social Affairs, Olga Churakova, Deputy Head of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Specialists, and Maria Josan, head of the Career Center and project coordinator. Representatives of Kuban State University emphasized the importance of the project as an effective form of interaction with large companies in the South of Russia and the acquisition of applied competencies by students.

At the end of the ceremony, the first lesson was held with students of the School of Large Business of Kuban State University.
