On October 16, the AEB's joint cross-regional annual session, "HR Spotlight of the Russian Regions: Priorities and Solutions for the Russian HR Market," was held online. It was organized by the AEB HR Committee, the AEB Northwestern Regional Committee, and the AEB Southern Regional Committee.

During the event, key experts and speakers from Coleman Group, Axenix, and Avito Rabota shared an overview of key changes to the Russian Labor Code, as well as current trends in the IT talent market and hiring trends. A question-and-answer session for all participants concluded.
