On September 24, 2025 the Open Working Group on Waste Management Meeting “Reporting within the Extended Producers Responsibility” was held online.

During the meeting the process of forming and submitting the reports in the Unified Federal State Information System for Accounting for Waste from the Use of Goods for companies-importers non-EAEU members was demonstrated. The participants discussed reporting deadlines and frequency, specifics of filling in individual reporting columns, environmental fee payment and obtaining the bank guarantee.

The event was organized in light of introduction as of January 1, 2026 the mandatory EPR reporting for each shipment for companies-importers, and it sparked significant interest among AEB members.
