On November 20, the AEB Labor Law Subcommittee held its third webinar, dedicated to the influence of judicial practice on employers' decisions regarding HR practices and "Strategy and Tactics of HR Operations: Fine-Tuning Taking into Account Current Judicial Practice."

During the meeting, leading experts discussed the risks of retraining and illegal staffing ("outstaffing"), compensation (bonuses, average salaries, minimum wages, and anti-crisis mechanisms), and discussed severance pay for executives – when it is necessary to pay and when it is not necessary to do so.

Following the meeting, participants also posed questions to the speakers and shared experiences.
