The Association of European Businesses held its annual conference "From Field to Fork 2025"

On March 19, 2025, the AEB held the 2nd annual closed conference "From Field to Fork 2025" organized with the support of four AEB industrial Committees:


-    Seeds Committee,
-    Crop Protection Committee,
-    Agribusiness Committee,
-    Food Prosessing Committee.

The name of the event reflects the chain of food production - from planting seeds and plant protection in the fields to the release of finished products on store shelves.

The main goal of the conference is to bring together AEB member companies in the industry to exchange experience at all stages of production, as well as to provide expert assessments of global trends in the agro-industrial complex.

This year, the focus was on trends and innovations in agriculture, sustainable development and adaptation to economic challenges. The panel of speakers was introduced by:

•    Ekaterina Zakharova, Senior Analyst at the Center for Price Indices of Gazprombank  
•    Vitaly Soldatenko, Head of Startup Ecosystem and Innovation Business Unit, Russian Agricultural Bank Ventures
•    Tatyana Tkachenko, Director for Government Relations, H&N
•    Lyubov Aksenova, GR & ESG Director, EkoNiva Tekhnika
•    Alexey Lukov, Marketing Director Russia and Belarus, UPL
•    Konstantin Dubina, Digital Services Development Manager, Syngenta
•    Bogdan Plakhotnikov, Deputy Director for Industrial Products, Service of the Director for Interaction with Governmental Authorities of JSC MC EFCO

The common theme for all the presentations at the conference was modern trends and innovations in agriculture and the food industry. In particular, technologies such as regenerative agriculture, biological solutions, digitalization of agriculture, the use of unmanned technologies and the implementation of environmentally friendly practices in production were discussed. Attention was also focused on changes in consumer preferences and the challenges faced by the agro-industrial complex in the current economic realities.
