In St. Petersburg cafes and restaurants close from December 30 to January 3

St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov signed a Resolution on introducing amendments to Resolution No. 121 of the Government of St. Petersburg dd. 13.03.2020 "On Measures to Counteract the Proliferation of New Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) in St. Petersburg".

Starting from December 4:
- Visitors are not allowed access to water parks, oceanariums;
- the work of museums, exhibitions, theaters and other performing arts organizations is suspended in the buildings of shopping centers;
- access of children under 16 years of age to events held by theaters and other performing arts organizations is prohibited.

From December 25 to January 10 it is prohibited:
- To visit public catering enterprises from 19.00 to 6.00, and from December 30 to January 3 the work of public catering enterprises shall be suspended completely. These restrictions will not affect the production canteens, delivery, take-away service, as well as the work of catering companies at railway stations, at the airport and filling stations. At the same time, previously established restrictions for food courts, food-places and catering enterprises located in shopping centers continue to apply.
- Visitors' access to museums, theaters, other performing arts organizations, exhibitions and concerts, unless otherwise provided by Rospotrebnadzor after December 2;
- holding any events in the premises with the number of more than 50 people, unless otherwise provided by Rospotrebnadzor after December 2. The maximum number of visitors will be determined by the executive authorities of St. Petersburg.
- visitor access to Leningrad Zoo;
- activities in the field of passenger transportation by buses on tourist or excursion routes.
