On July 4, 2022, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova held a regular meeting of COVID-19 Operational Staff. 

It was decided to cancel, starting July 15, 2022, all temporary restrictions on crossing Russian state border set by the Governmental Orders №635-r and №763-r.
