Remote learning for students in Moscow Region

Students of higher educational institutions and students of colleges of the Moscow region from Monday, November 16, will switch to a remote mode of study, as announced by the Governor of the Region, Andrei Vorobyov.

Earlier, the governor announced that from November 11, the authorities intend to block for travel purpose the social cards of elderly residents of the Region (over 65 years old).
