OSG Records Management has won the Excellence in Innovation Award

OSG Records Management has won the prestigious Excellence in Innovation award at the annual award ceremony held by American Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan. On May, 23 the AmCham Awards 2011 was given to OSG for successful launch and development of the CCC (Client Communication Center) project in Kazakhstan. The CCC Project was launched in January 2011, in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main purpose of new CCC Department is twenty-four-hour centralized processing orders from the OSG clients in different countries. CCC Department will process orders from OSG Records Management Group companies, located in Kazakhstan, Russia, Armenia, Belarus and, prospectively, Ukraine. Such extensive international project is unique for Kazakhstan.

The perspectives of the CCC Department include launching of the centralized processing orders for the clients at the area of CIS. The launch of this Project will allow OSG Records Management to improve and standardize customer service level that follows company strategy of Mobility, Productivity, and Standardization in the field of document and data management (archival storage, data processing, and scanning, confidential destruction).
