June 17, 2011 Pavel Ignatiev, ICM Group Managing Director, was elected the Chairman of ANCOR Holding Board of Directors. The decision was made on June 17, 2011 by open voting at the first meeting of the Holding Board of Directors. Pavel Ignatiev was elected by a majority vote of the members of the Board of Directors.
