Business portal Delo.ua summed up the results of the rating “Top 100. Most Successful Business Women in Ukraine”, which included women owners and executives of Ukrainian companies, top-managers of banks and financial institutions, as well as representatives of foreign companies. Following the results of the independent voting, director of ANCOR Holding in Ukraine, Elena Grineva, joined Top-15 of the rating leaders.
Criteria for choosing rating participants comprised size of a company headed by a woman, number of personnel, a company’s dominance and reputation in the market. The list of 100 most powerful women in Ukraine was prepared in association with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and European Business Association.
The project is designed to raise Ukrainian public awareness about business elite and success of women who are business owners or executives.

Elena Grineva started its career in HR in January, 2003. In March, 2005 Elena was appointed as the director of ANCOR office in Volgograd. Since February 2010 she was responsible for ANCOR business in 9 Russian cities. On July 1, 2011 Elena Grineva was appointed as ANCOR Holding Director in Ukraine
