APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE AT SWISSOTEL KRASNYE HOLMY

 

A native of France, Laurent graduated from IMHI (Cornell-Essec) in Paris, France with an MBA degree in International Hospitality Management. He also holds a diploma in Hospitality Management from the Ecole d’Hotellerie et de Tourisme du Val de Loire in Blois in France. 

 

Prior to joining Swissфtel Krasnye Holmy Moscow, Mr. Driole worked as Food & Beverage Director at the Westin Paris-Vendome for the last 4 years. His career in the food service field also includes Radisson SAS Hotel in Nice in the south of France, Chateaux & Hotels de France, and the Alain Ducasse Group in Paris. 

 

Mr. Driole will oversee all food and beverage operations at the Moscow landmark hotel, including Cafe Swiss, Lightbar, City Space Bar, as well as catering, banquets and Room Service.

 

Apart from his native French, Laurent is proficient with English and good with Spanish.
