CBRE’s Global Corporate Services Department in Russia won a tender for the exclusive search of properties for ASK Schwarzkopf Professional Academy and sales office in Novosibirsk.
ASK Academies by Henkel Rus, LLC operates studios used for the training of hairdressers, and presentation of new products produced by Schwarzkopf Professional. ASK Academy in Novosibirsk will be the fifth in Russia. Similar academies continue to function in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Nizhniy Novgorod.
Henkel Rus, LLC would like to consolidate all of their businesses in Novosibirsk in one location. The total area of ASK Academy and sales office will be approximately 400-450 sq. m. The premises will be located in a retail zone in the prestigious downtown area, close to the subway.
