Gide Loyrette Nouel acted as legal advisor to Air Liquide in the acquisition of Russian industrial gas company Lentechgas

Lentechgas is market leader in the North-West Region with a significant market share in bulk and packaged industrial gases. 

 

Through this acquisition, Air Liquide will strengthen its position in the region and the Russian market in general. The plans of the company include investments in Lentechgaz of around 40 million Euros, in state-of-the-art equipment.

 

GLN Moscow team was involved in the structuring of the deal and both the due diligence and transactional phases.
