Sergey Kislov joins Lidings as Senior Associate

Lidings, the leading Russian law firm dedicated to advising foreign companies on all aspects of Russian law has announced Sergey Kislov joining its Moscow office as senior associate. Mr. Kislov, a seasoned legal professional in the sphere of litigation and corporate law, will become a valuable addition to the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
 
Prior to joining Lidings Mr. Kislov worked as a senior associate at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners Law Offices, head of legal department at a leading manufacturing company, and acted as a legal advisor for a major Russian manufacturing holding.
At Lidings Sergey will specialize in representing the firm’s clients in resolution of commercial and corporative disputes and advising foreign businesses on all aspects of corporate law.
 
Sergey’s experience includes providing comprehensive legal support of one the leading Russian steel enterprises; representing a major consulting and auditing company operating in Russia across a full range of legal matters; conducting complex legal due diligence of one of the largest networks for the supply and wholesale distribution of FMCG products; advising a large industrial holding company on corporate law matters and assets structuring. Sergey has carried out and supervised a number of precedent-setting projects, such as a claim against the Government of the Russian Federation to recover restructured debt of the former USSR.
 
Sergey Kislov holds Мaster of Law degree from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. He authored multiple articles on corporate law and dispute resolution.
