The Polo Club restaurant offers a special dinner for the romantic dinner 

MOSCOW – January 30,  2013 – The Polo Club restaurant which was voted the best hotel restaurant by TimeOut Moscow restaurant experts is well known for those who love excellent steaks. On the most romantic evening of the year Executive Chef Thomas Koessler and Executive Sous-Chef Karl Damegger promise a tempting menu specially designed for the occasion. 

The romantic menu has four dishes. For starters the guests will be offered Smoked Fish Terrine and Shrimp Cockatil, with different types of smoked fishes and Salad Bouquet and Marinated Oyster. 
The mains offer a choice: Prime Beef Filet, leek and Spinach garnish and Red Wine Shallot  or Slow Cooked Salmon Steak with Parsnip Puree and Spinach, with Re Wine Butter and Lobster Bisque. 
The dessert will delight with a Pineapple Duo – Deep Fried Tempura pieces in Caramel Sauce and Caramelized Pieces with Pineapple Sorbet. 
Soft and melodious live music, vocal and instrumental, will create the right atmosphere but not  overindulge. 
Price: Rub. 4000 per person ( VAT included). The price includes a bottle of Zonin Prosecco Rose for two.
