Moscow, February 20, 2012 – As always, the Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora is set to honour women on their special day with gastronomical delights they will appreciate, - a lively Ladies’ brunch in the main restaurant Aurora and a special dinner in the award-winning Polo Club restaurant.
In the Polo Club, well known among connoisseurs of excellent steaks, Executive Chef \F&B manager Thomas Koessler and his team devised a delicious menu to please ladies. Crispy Tiger Prawns Served With Avocado And Mixed Salad for a starter is a harmonious and tasty opening. Prime Beef Filet, with Spinach & Glazed Parsnip, with Red Wine Juice and Bearnaise Sauce will remind of restaurant’s meat specialty. For those who opt for a lighter fare the restaurant offers Pan fried Chilean Sea bass with Truffle Celery and Potato Puree, Asparagus and Saffron Sauce. The deserts offer two options. Fresh Berries with Ice Cream or Fried Profiterole Pastry Dough and Deep Fried Banana, with Sweet Condensed Milk, Strawberry ragout and Vanilla Ice Cream.
A bottle of Zonin Prosecco Rose for two is a nice compliment to go with the excellent food. Soft and melodious live music, vocal and instrumental, will add a romantic touch.

The Aurora restaurant located in a 7-floor high atrium invites guests for a special Ladies’ brunch on March 8, where the traditional impeccable service and very friendly atmosphere provides a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy tremendous variety of food. From countless salads to various Cooking Stations offering fragrant WOK Thai-style dishes or delicate Salmon Kulebyaka in Puff Pastry, every one dish on display rival each other in taste and flavor.
Favorites like Sushi and Sashimi prepared on a special station, various seafood products and fragrant Asian style seafood salads will be complimented with oysters brought specially for the occasion.
Rich desserts station, a marvel for ladies, will be reinforced for the occasion. The elegant dessert buffets will abound in fresh berries and strawberries, heralds of a new spring. Here a sweet tooth will find a number of surprises.
