Baker & McKenzie Advises AGCO on Joint Venture with Russian Machines

25.09.2013 Moscow, Russia, 23 September 2013 — Baker & McKenzie acted as Russian counsel for AGCO, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, on the corporate and real estate aspects of its new joint venture with Russian Machines, part of the Basic Element group and one of the leaders in the Russian machinery sector, established to manufacture and distribute agricultural equipment and replacement parts in Russia. 

AGCO and Russian Machines plan to make a total investment of approximately USD100 million in the joint venture over the next three years. The Baker & McKenzie team was led by Moscow partner Maxim Kuznechenkov and associate Sergey Krokhalev.
