Брифинг Игоря Юрьевича Артемьева, Руководителя Федеральной антимонопольной службы РФ

The AEB is pleased to invite you to the annual briefing on anti-monopoly legislation issues by Igor Artemiev, Head of FAS Russia. The event will be held on the 24th of May 2019, 11.30 a.m. at the AEB conference center located at “Backer Plaza” Business Center, Butyrskiy val str. 68/70 building 1, Floor 1, conference room (registration will start at 11:00).

Igor Artemiev was appointed to the position of Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on March 10th, 2004.

From 1996 to 1999 Mr. Artemiev served as Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the City Administration.

Since 1999 Mr. Artemiev served as Head of the Economic and Political Research Fund «EPICenter - St. Petersburg», where annually during the last 5 years has been proceeding Alternative Budget of Russian Federation. Draftsman of «Concession Agreement Statute», «United Social Tax Statute», «Derivative Financial Implements Statute», «Statute of Reductive Taxation System for Subjects of Small Entrepreneurship», cluster of Family Business Laws, Amendments to Criminal Code, Criminal Procedural Code and Civil Procedural Code of Russian Federation.

Mr. Artemiev has also served as Representative of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russian Federation third convocation. During this convocation held a position of Vice Chairman in «YABLOKO» faction, Vice Chairman of Committee for Credit Organizations and Financial Markets.
