The development and implementation of antimonopoly compliance in the company is currently one of the promising ways to protect yourself from antimonopoly proceedings in the future. Therefore, it is very important to understand what the regulator expects from the antimonopoly compliance system and how to properly use antimonopoly compliance in practice. These and other issues will be covered during the meeting devoted to the main approaches of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) to the most significant aspects of the creation and application of antimonopoly compliance systems, which found their consolidation in the Explanations of the Presidium of the FAS of Russia № 20 of 02.07.2021.
