The AEB is pleased to invite you to a briefing by Annette Kyobe, Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund in the Russian Federation.
The event will be held on December 4th, 2019, at the AEB Conference Centre (Butyrsky val., 68/70, bld.1, ground floor, office 13) from 15:00 till 16:30 (registration will start at 14:30).

Annette Kyobe is the International Monetary Fund’s Resident Representative in Russia. She has previously served as an assistant to the Director of the European Department focusing on euro area issues. She worked extensively on Emerging Markets in the Strategy and Policy Review Department. She has undertaken numerous other assignments, including in the Fiscal Affairs Department and working on Djibouti, Lebanon, Jordan, Poland, and Russia. Ms. Kyobe has published papers on a wide range of topics, including gender, fiscal policy, financial development, structural reforms, macroeconomic stability and international finance. She holds a Ph.D. from the George Washington University in the United Sates and McGill University in Canada and joined the Fund in 2009.
