The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the webinar organised by the AEB Safety, Health, Environment and Security Committee together with AEB HR Committee, titled “Hard Dismissals – how to separate with “toxic” employees with minimal risks”.

The event will be held on October 12th, 2020, from 15:00 to 16:00.

  • role of corporate security in hard dismissals;
  • situations when an employee's behavior is intolerable, but not a ground for dismissal;
