During other AEB webinars various themes were covered on Return to work topic: legal, safety etc. Natalya Karpushina, HR Manager Castrol Russia & Belarus, Castrol Russia and Victoria Tarasova,HR & Internal Communications Specialist, Castrol Russia, will continue conversation, talking on other Human aspects of returning to work: Change aspect – New Skills and Leadership.
The invited speakers will share some tips about moving to distance work which might be useful reflection for the colleagues.
