The AEB IT-Telecom Committee and its Working Group on Personal Data are pleased to invite you to the AEB Round Table “Blockchain Technology: How in the Present to be Ready for the Future?”

The event will take place on Thursday, 31 March, 2016 from 9:30 till 12:10 at the AEB Conference centre (Krasnoproletarskaya str. 16, bldg. 3, Entrance 8, Floor 4). The registration starts at 9:00.

This one is dedicated to Blockchain technology with speakers from Skolkovo, Skoltech, Central Bank of Russia, Tinkoff bank, LifeSreda.

The Round Table will be moderated by Edgars Puzo, the AEB IT-Telecom Committee Chairman and Valery Khrabrov, General Manager, Amadeus Information Technologies LLC.

Blockchain is a technology of reliable distributed storage of trusted data, which may concern anything. For example, when the issue of bank loans will be fixed in Blockchain, then no one will face a credit fraud. The "holes" in the banks' balance sheets will also be clearly visible, and therefore large bankruptcies can be avoided.

Even the public services engaged in the processing of documents, issuing of certificates and warranting the property rights, in court proceedings, can be implemented in an easy and open register on the basis of Blockchain. A fraud on electronic trading platforms, with mortgage credit apartments and cars etc. will be simply impossible - many people will avoid problems and loss of money!

Most likely we will see the first Blockchain technology use in the so-called closed regime which provides the opportunity to identify the user (e.g. by regulator), in which there are certain rules that are understood and shared by market participants.

At our meeting, we will help you to look, from different angles, at the prospects of using the Blockchain technology.

Working language is Russian. English interpretation will not be provided.

Fee for representatives of AEB members is free;

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 7,700 RUR (+18% VAT);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed the fee is non-refundable.
