Maxim Stanislavovich Oreshkin (Максим Станиславович Орешкин)

Born on the 21 July 1982 in Moscow.

In 2004 graduated from Higher School of Economics (Masters in Economics).

04.2002 – 06.2006 – served in various capacitites at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

07.2006 – 07.2010 – served in various capacitites at Rosbank, Société Générale group.

07.2010 – 06.2012 – Head of Research on Russia and CIS at Crédit Agricole CIB.

06.2012 – 08.2013 – Chief Economist for Russia at VTB Capital.

09.2013 – 03.2015 – Head of the long-term strategic planning department at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

03.2015 – 11.2016 – Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.

From 30 November 2016 – Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
